The red panda has been endangered for a long time because its population is less than 10,000 individuals. Although red pandas are protected by national laws in some of their countries, their numbers in the wild continue to minus mainly due to habitat loss. They have reddish-brown fur, and their tail is about 37 to 47 cm.
There are only two kinds of non-extinct red pandas
Western red panda
Styan’s red panda
Some people cut down trees and bushes where red pandas live, so if people keep cutting down trees, red pandas will become extinct. If they become extinct, there will be one species less in our world. Also, if people cut down trees, red pandas might fall down and badly hurt themselves, or it could result in death.
Here are some videos and pictures of the red panda.
